The Ember rcUSD Vault Campaign (this "Campaign") celebrates the onboarding of Ember rcUSD Vault (the "Vault") within the TopNod wallet ecosystem as a part of the collaboration between TopNod and Ember Protocol, a leading provider of vault products on Sui incubated by the team behind Bluefin. It is designed to promote awareness of the Vault and its accessibility, enabling eligible users to explore on-chain yield in a simple and intuitive way.

The Vault is created as a part of the strategic partnership between Ember Protocol, a leading provider of vault products on Sui incubated by the team behind Bluefin, and R25, an institutional-grade RWA protocol. The Vault enables its users to enjoy rewards sourced from R25's yield-bearing tokens and ecosystem incentives.

Campaign Rules

1. Participation

• Users may access the Campaign via the designated banner entry in the app. To participate, users select "Deposit Now", enter the desired USDC amount, and approve the transaction. Upon successful confirmation on-chain, the deposit will be completed. Vault positions will subsequently be reflected in the Earn section of the app, where the aggregated USD value of the user's vault holdings is displayed.
• Exclusive Boost applies only to deposits made within the TopNod app.
• Deposits made through other interfaces (e.g., directly on Bluefin platform) do not qualify for Exclusive Boosts.
• Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Eligibility requirements apply.
• Users who enter the Campaign page and participate in the Campaign are deemed to have agreed to the applicable rules, terms and conditions, and notices.

2. Yield Structure

The Campaign provides eligible users with a fixed-rate Exclusive Boost on top of the base yield of the Vault during the Campaign term stated above. The yield structure consists of:

(1) Estimated Base Yield — 8%

• Generated directly by the Vault based on its on-chain yield strategy.
• Distributed by Ember Protocol upon withdrawal from the Vault according to its settlement cycle (currently T+4).
• The Campaign does not alter or affect Ember Protocol's yield strategy or transaction mechanism.
